Delete my data

You can have your data removed at any time, for free. Meta requires every app to publish these instructions, and we would offer them regardless.

If you are a merchant

Send the word DELETE to our WhatsApp number from the phone number that owns the shop, or email barbarmawad20@gmail.com from that number's associated address.

We will remove:

• your shop, its name and web address;
• your products, their photos and your delivery areas;
• your phone number and any unused sign-in links;
• the WhatsApp messages we stored from you.

Completed orders are the exception. We keep them, because they are also the record of a purchase made by someone else, who has their own claim to it. Your name and number are removed from them where the law allows.

If you are a shopper

Email barbarmawad20@gmail.com with the phone number you used at checkout and the name of the shop. We will remove your name, phone number and delivery address from the orders we hold.

The merchant you bought from may hold their own copy of the order. Ask them directly, and tell us if they do not respond.

How long it takes

We confirm within 30 days and delete immediately once we have checked the request comes from you. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.

What we cannot delete

Messages you sent through WhatsApp also exist on Meta's systems and on your own phone. We cannot remove those. Delete them in WhatsApp, and see Meta's privacy policy for their handling.
